With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 2-6 weeks for production. Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day.

The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email hello@bynjoicollection.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed.

We ship all of our items with DHL (worldwide) and DPD or Bpost (for local services). When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number.

By n'JOI is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. Unfortunately after an order has left our caring hands we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees by the destination country. By n'JOI is not able to predict which fees, if any, will be applied and will not collect these fees on behalf of the destination country. The Customer will be responsible for payment of any fees upon receipt of the package.

By n'JOI strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email info@bynjoi.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Sale items can be exchanged, but are not eligible for a refund.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.

Please keep in mind we ship as fast as we can and once an order has made we are unable to cancel any orders.
